Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Interface with team members on a daily basis and act as the first line of command in resolving problems and maintaining efficient, orderly workflow
• Ensure on-time delivery, manage the flow of materials/parts and control of inventory
• Cook up workloads and department schedules
• Adequately adhere to product and customer specifications
• Supervise assigned employees and convey Management’s expectations and direction
• Oversee scheduling, training, directing, and motivating assigned employees and make recommendations to Management on their behalf

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field of studies or equivalent education-preferred; will consider HS Diploma/GED with experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Two years of Supervisory experience preferred or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Powdered Metals manufacturing or Machining background – Strongly preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
