Production Supervisor
What's the Job?
Supervise daily refinery production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
Oversee laboratory and production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training and risk assessments
Maintain compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory standards such as HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and ISO
Collaborate with maintenance teams to monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading and managing refinery laboratory and production staff
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Range
$90,000 - $105,000
About the Role
The Production Supervisor will support the refinery production and laboratory teams as part of the Operations Department at our client, an industry leader in oil refining.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field, along with experience leading and managing refinery laboratory and production staff, strong knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards, excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
