About the Role
- Supervise and lead a team of assemblers over multiple product lines in a clean room environment
- Implement and enforce adherence to documented processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Train production staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures
Minimum Qualifications
- High school degree, associate degree or higher preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience as a production supervisor, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
Schedule
Typical work hours are Monday – Thursday, 2:30pm–1am. May be adjusted if running overtime.
