Workplace Arrangement
The Evansville, IN location is part of our Coatings division and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. We are part of the Evansville Local Labor Union 561 and located at 1515 Park Street, Evansville, IN.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $63,000 to $95,400 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location. What You'll Do
- Efficiently execute the production schedule.
- Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Manage the production department budget.
- Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
- Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
- Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What You'll Need To Succeed
- A four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology, or business.
- 2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry.
- Leadership experience is desirable.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Continuous improvement understanding.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a four-year degree in engineering, food technology, or business, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a food plant or related industry. Leadership experience and experience with SAP are preferred, along with continuous improvement understanding and knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.
