Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production operations to meet established schedules and performance targets.
  • Lead and motivate production personnel while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Monitor production output and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and quality standards.
  • Cook up coordination with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Conduct shift meetings and communicate production priorities effectively.
  • Analyze production data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in workforce planning, scheduling, and employee training activities.
  • Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis for operational challenges.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare performance reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing practices.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of equipment, materials, and labor resources.

Requirements

  • 47 years of experience in Manufacturing or Production Operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles (optional).
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  • Licence to drive (optional).
