• Provide leadership and direction to the production team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Cookise and oversee production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and other relevant industry standards.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production reports and other necessary documentation.

Previous experience in a leadership role within a food manufacturing environment is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse production team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a positive work culture. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring consistent quality and efficiency. Flexibility to work across various shifts and adapt to changing production demands. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a requirement to effectively communicate with team members.

Pay Range: $80,000-$105,000 Hired employees may be eligible for commissions and/or bonus payments JonnyPops offers a competitive benefits package which includes the following:
