Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor position oversees one assigned shift of hourly employees, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement to meet established goals. Key responsibilities include direct supervision, training, planning, assigning, directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and promoting a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred

Pay
Pay rate ranges from $69,500 to $92,600, based on individual experience, skills, and abilities. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. Participation in the company's annual incentive plan is possible.
Schedule
This position is full-time and works at the Cedar Rapids Box Plant located at 950 Shaver Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402.
