About the role

The Production Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations within the production facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. They are responsible for managing a team of production workers and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific safety protocols and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with production scheduling and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
