- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
- Resolve production issues and equipment challenges quickly
- Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams
- Support troubleshooting and operation of production equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
- Familiarity with quality systems and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
