Production Supervisor

What Drives Success

As the Southwell Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Assigning and coordinating work in a manufacturing department to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.
• Overseeing most day-to-day operations of the group.
• Maintaining a log of shift operations.
• Preparing daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports.
• Inspecting product to verify production specifications are met.
• Reviewing production schedules, material and manpower resources.
• Assigning employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements.
• Participating in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures.
• Maintaining a variety of reports, records and production documentation to reflect schedules and performance.
• Training new workers in the organization's operating procedures and standards.

What We Are Looking For

• A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience.
• Good work record and experience.
• Requires tact and good judgement.
• Excellent communication skills.

What We Offer

• Compensation: Salaried exempt role with a starting salary range between $68,000 - $89,000 annually. Eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
