Duties
- Oversee daily processing of donated goods—ensuring proper sorting, pricing, tagging, and packaging
- Champion Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to enhance process efficiency, service quality, and team performance
- Model and reinforce a culture of respect, belonging, and accountability in every interaction
Qualifications
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT AND 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- ASSOCIATES' DEGREE AND 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- BACHELORS' DEGREE AND 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
- Leading a team in a retail, production, or service environment.
- Assigning tasks, managing workflows, and running a shift.
- Handling customer concerns or escalations.
- Coaching or supporting employee performance.
- Experience in accurately processing donated goods.
- Experience in enhancing inventory processes in a donation environment.
Hiring Range
$19.01 - $20.18/hour
