Production Supervisor
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory, emergency orders, and quality control
- Manage people resources, storage, supplies, equipment maintenance, plant organization, vehicle maintenance
- Supervise production labor
- Support the professional growth and development of staff
- Responsible for hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
- Review, follow-up billings and handle customer escalations
Requirements
- Professional communication skills, people-oriented and highly organized.
- Clean driving record and background.
- Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Spanish Speaking a plus
- Well Groomed and Great communicator
