Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for product quality, defect reduction, and compliance with service level agreements.
• Develop, refine, and implement policies and procedures to optimize both personnel and equipment resources.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, quality, and performance.
• Supervise daily production activities, including prioritizing and assigning work to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed company goals by providing ongoing development through timely coaching, positive reinforcement, and honest feedback.
• Provide continuous coaching and mentoring for your team with a focus on operational results.
• Manage the production workflow to ensure deadlines are met, adjusting staffing and equipment utilization as needed.
• Coach and mentor the production team to increase productivity, knowledge, and achieve the highest quality for customers.
• Monitor KPI metrics and report on them daily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or a combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience).
• 2 years of experience in an operations/production environment.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• Basic math skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Team‑player mentality, capable of both collaboration and independent work.
• Production/warehouse experience in high‑speed operation or similar.

Schedule

• Assigned 3rd shift, Monday‑Friday, 12 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
• Flexibility to work required overtime, including weekends and holidays.
