Production Supervisor

Job Summary

Envipco is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the assembly of Reverse Vending Machines in our US facility. Responsibilities include leading a team in production, quality control, and maintaining schedules.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the production line in assembling new and refurbished Reverse Vending Machines, ensuring compliance with quality standards and meeting production goals.
• Maintain efficiency and address bottlenecks or delays by monitoring component assembly and machine production.
• Become proficient in mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies to train new team members and assist as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve mechanical or electro-mechanical issues.
• Instill a positive team atmosphere and provide constructive feedback and support for employee development.
• Assist management with performance evaluations and be flexible to handle schedule changes due to new customer orders and demand.

Qualifications/Experience

• A high school diploma is required, with college coursework a plus.
• Three to five years of work experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is required.
• Supervisory experience (full-time, co-op, or military) is strongly preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office are necessary.
• The candidate should be hungry for challenges, growth, and results, both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and participate in team lifts is required.
