About the role

Flex-Tec, a subsidiary of Electrical Components International (ECI), is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Byromville, GA location. This role is located in Byromville, GA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the production process.
  • Managing staff.
  • Ensuring quality control.
  • Maintain labor efficiency standards.
  • Meet and/or exceed metrics related to on-time-delivery, scrap, productivity, PPM, etc.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained on job procedures, safety procedures/standards, production methods and quality standards.
  • Ensure employees understand and accept business priorities and maximize employee involvement in production improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations.
  • Meet production targets.
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels; verify the implementation of solutions.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • A high school diploma required, a college degree in a business-related field desired.
  • Five (5) years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the wire harness fabrication process, preferred.
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry, preferred.
  • Analyzing information quickly and working as part of a team.
  • Being transparent and comfortable with being held accountable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong research and analytical skills.
  • Communicating with customers, managers, and high-level executives.
  • Communicating with operations staff.
  • Negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skills.

  • Provides clear direction, feedback, and performance expectations, including goal setting and ongoing coaching.
  • Strong people leader with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

  • Effective communicator with strong global stakeholder management skills.
