Production Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Monday - Friday) in a fast-paced production environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-focused operations while developing employees and driving performance across the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach hourly production employees during the overnight shift.
• Communicate daily production goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Monitor labor efficiency, downtime, waste, and overall operational performance.
• Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, develop, and support production team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, and employee documentation as needed.
• Allocate staffing and resources to meet production demands.
• Participate in safety audits, floor observations, and operational reviews.
• Complete shift reporting and ensure effective communication between shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing leadership experience or demonstrated leadership experience through work, military service, athletics, education and/or campus organizations, or other team-based environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop hourly employees.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Basic computer proficiency.
