Production Supervisor

About the role

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals are met. The ideal candidate will have two years of supervisory experience, three years of production environment experience, and strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals are achieved
• Coach teams and drive continuous improvement
• Manage production schedules and labor planning
• Utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures

Requirements

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of experience in a production environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, accessible and approachable
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plastics, packaging, food manufacturing, consumer products, or other high-volume manufacturing environments
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related operational excellence programs
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, labor planning, and production scheduling
