We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph about CTDI: "CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. CTDI has over 11,000 FT US Employees in over 60 world class US Operations. CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide." - Then: "The production supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&L results. This position supervises production operations within an assigned areas or during assigned shifts. 1st shift: 5:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday-Friday" - Then "Duties and Responsibilities:" list bullet points. - Then "Required Skills and Experience:" list bullet points. - Then "Preferred Skills and Experience:" bullet points. - Then "Educational Requirements:" bullet. - Then "Physical Demands and Working Conditions:" bullet. - Then "You will love working in our family-oriented company! When you join our family, you will enjoy perks such as:" list bullet points. - Then "Benefits" list bullet points. - Then "Work Authorization: United States (Required) Must be 18 years of age" - Then "Apply today to join our dynamic team! CTDI offers an excellent compensation and benefits package and has been a growing leader in the telecommunications field for over 40 years. Come put our successful history behind your career!" - Then EEO boilerplate etc to be removed. We need to produce sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe required skills/experience), Qualifications (educational requirements?), Skills (maybe required and preferred?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have real specific content. - About the role: we have intro paragraph describing company and position overview. That qualifies. - Responsibilities: we have duties list. - Requirements: we have "Required Skills and Experience". That could be Requirements. - Qualifications: we have "Educational Requirements". Could be Qualifications. - Skills: we have "Preferred Skills and Experience". Could be Skills. - Benefits: we have perks list and Benefits list. Both are benefits. We can combine into Benefits section. - Pay: we have no explicit pay info. There's "Weekly pay every Thursday" but that's schedule of pay frequency, not amount. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay amount not stated. So we should not create Pay section. - Schedule: we have shift time: "1st shift: 5:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday-Friday". That's schedule info. So we can create Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. We need to use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate. We need to include all substantive info: intro paragraph, shift schedule, duties list, required skills list, preferred skills list, educational requirements, physical demands, perks list, benefits list, work authorization statement, and the closing motivational paragraph about applying. We need to decide where each piece goes. Let's outline:

    About the role

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. CTDI has over 11,000 FT US Employees in over 60 world class US Operations. CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. The production supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&L results. This position supervises production operations within an assigned area or during assigned shifts.

    Then schedule: maybe separate section.

    Schedule

    1st shift: 5:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday-Friday

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.
    • Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with accurate reporting that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
    • Deliver clear and concise information during shift transition meetings, ensuring the next shift is prepared for success.
    • Provide first level of support for any escalated issue during work shift.
    • Maintain consistent production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics.
    • Communicate effectively with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are promptly resolved.
    • Engages in employee relations initiatives, promptly addressing and resolving employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Assists in P&L forecasting and analysis, alongside labor planning and scheduling.
    • Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
    • Coordinates the flow of work through the department and ensures that department has sufficient levels of inventory to meet demand and is staffed appropriately.
    • Provide training, motivation, and support to employees regarding company and departmental procedures, development opportunities, and departmental processes.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
    • All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.
Then Requirements (Required Skills and Experience):

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment is preferred.
    • Capable problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a strategic approach with a focus on achieving results and fostering continuous improvement.
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication.
    • Capacity to engage with customers in a professional manner.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    Then Qualifications (Educational Requirements):

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Then Skills (Preferred Skills and Experience):

    Skills

    • Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.
    • Supervising temporary staff.
    • Experience working with UKG and Kronos.
    • General knowledge of OSHA Standards.
Then Physical Demands and Working Conditions maybe could be part of About the role or a separate section? Not listed as a heading option but we could include under About the role or maybe as a separate section? The instruction: use headings for sections (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't list Physical Demands. We could incorporate that info into About the role or maybe as a paragraph under About the role. Since we must preserve all substantive info, we can include it in About the role paragraph or as a separate

after About the role but before Responsibilities. Probably best to add a paragraph under About the role covering Physical Demands. Thus About the role paragraph will include company description, position overview, shift schedule? Actually shift schedule we placed in Schedule section. So About the role will not include shift. Add Physical Demands: "Warehouse environment." Also maybe "You will love working in our family-oriented company! When you join our family, you will enjoy perks such as:" That's perks/benefits. We'll handle in Benefits. Thus About the role paragraph: include CTDI description, position responsibilities overview (maybe short), and Physical Demands. Let's craft:

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country’s largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. CTDI has over 11,000 FT US Employees in over 60 world class US Operations. CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. The production supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&L results. This position supervises production operations within an assigned area or during assigned shifts. Work is performed in a warehouse environment.

Now Benefits section: combine perks and benefits list. We have perks list: "Weekly pay every Thursday", "Monthly Incentive Bonus", "Positive, team-oriented, inclusive workplace", "Health, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Coverage", "Paid holidays, vacation, & sick/personal time". Then Benefits list: "Health insurance", "Dental insurance", "Vision insurance", "401(k)", "Life insurance", "Disability insurance", "Employee assistance program", "Flexible spending account", "Tuition reimbursement". Also "Work Authorization: United States (Required) Must be 18 years of age". That could be included in Benefits or maybe as a separate note but we can include in Benefits as a requirement. We should not invent Pay section; but weekly pay every Thursday is a pay frequency, but we can include in Benefits as a perk. Thus Benefits section:

    Benefits

    • Weekly pay every Thursday
    • Monthly Incentive Bonus
    • Positive, team-oriented, inclusive workplace
    • Health, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Coverage
    • Paid holidays, vacation, & sick/personal time
    • Health insurance
    • Dental insurance
    • Vision insurance
    • 401(k)
    • Life insurance
    • Disability insurance
    • Employee assistance program
    • Flexible spending account
    • Tuition reimbursement
    • Work authorization: United States (required); must be 18 years of age
Now we also have the closing paragraph: "Apply today to join our dynamic team! CTDI offers an excellent compensation and benefits package and has been a growing leader in the telecommunications field for over 40 years. Come put our successful history behind your career!" This is motivational; we could put after Benefits as a

maybe under a generic section? Not a heading. Could be part of About the role or just a concluding paragraph after Benefits. Since we must preserve all substantive info, we can add a

after Benefits. We should not include EEO boilerplate etc. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The line "All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports." included in duties. Good. Check for duplicate lines: we have not duplicated. Now produce HTML fragment. Make sure to use proper escaping for & etc. In HTML we need to escape & as &. In the text we have "Health, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Coverage". Need to escape the & as &
