Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities on the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, food safety, and quality standards such as HACCP, USDA, and GMPs

• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish language skills preferred
