Production Supervisor

About the role

An experienced, bilingual Overnight Bakery Shift Supervisor to lead our early morning production team from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This role requires a strong technical baker who can actively produce high-quality baked goods while simultaneously managing a small production team.

Supervisory & Leadership Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct, delegate, and supervise the workflow of early morning kitchen associates, mixers, and packers.
• Production Management: Review daily bake sheets and ensure the team completes high-volume quotas efficiently before 10:00 AM.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of high-volume commercial baking experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Language Skills: Bilingual capability (English and Spanish) required.
• Schedule & Stamina: Reliable transportation to guarantee an on-time 2:00 AM shift start, including weekends.
• Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand or walk for the full 8-hour shift.
