About the role

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of production processes within the facility. This includes ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing team dynamics, and maintaining equipment maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and production goals.
• Manage and motivate a team of production workers to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and up-to-date to prevent downtime and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
