About the role
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and contributing to the overall success of the bakery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Maintain and operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a food service or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common kitchen and production equipment
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Team player with strong problem-solving abilities
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Basic understanding of baking and pastry techniques
