Production Supervisor

About the Role

Apex Geotech Solutions, a leader in deep foundation drilling, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a production shift or department, ensuring team members meet daily targets and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct production team members on the assigned shift/department
• Assign work, monitor progress, and address production issues in real time
• Enforce safety rules and address unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately
• Ensure quality standards are met and non-conformances are reported
• Conduct daily shift start meetings and communicate priorities
• Manage time and attendance, overtime, and shift coverage
• Report daily production results to the Production Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication or heavy manufacturing (preferred)
• Lean manufacturing training (preferred)

Work Environment

Manufacturing plant environment with full shift production floor presence.
