Essential Functions
- Aids in monitoring changes in work methods and equipment usage to enhance labor utilization, production efficiency, and departmental expenses.
- Participates in conducting new hire and ongoing trainings in all production departments under the guidance of Team Leads.
- Supports the execution of company production policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintains proficiency in all responsibilities of a Production employee and is responsible for training others.
- Evaluates tasks and responsibilities of Production employees and recommends recognition and disciplinary actions.
- Serves as a supervisor for Area Team Leads, ensuring proper execution of tasks as directed by Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager.
- Provides feedback and recommendations as needed to Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager.
- Fulfills assigned tasks and attends meetings as directed by Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager.

- Recognizes colors, sizes, and types of product.
- Accurately counts, adds, and subtracts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including comprehension and following directions.
- Effective time management skills.
- Team player mentality.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Activity
- Standing, sitting, walking, stooping, driving a forklift, grasping, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, moving loaded carts weighing up to 500 lbs., reading, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Recognizing colors, sizes, and types of product and counting, adding, and subtracting accurately.
Travel Requirements
- Occasionally visits customers or attends training meetings.
