Production Supervisor

Albert Lea Select Foods in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a driven and dynamic full-time Production Manager to guide their team and ensure top-tier quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Kick off each day with a strategic review of the production schedule and team alignment
• Lead with confidence, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are followed
• Monitor production lines, tackle challenges head-on, and provide valuable feedback and coaching to the team
• Manage time and attendance, oversee final product inspections, and ensure all meets high standards before the end of the day

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Production and quality control experience
• Ability to coach, correct, and provide feedback on behavior and performance
• Strong leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A keen eye for detail
