Position Summary
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages and excesses.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Required Experience & Knowledge
Required experience and knowledge include:
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with production planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Physical Demand
The position requires:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination for handling equipment and materials.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervisory responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and training of new employees.
- Managing a team of production workers.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
