About the role
You’ll get to work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Enforce safety standards
- Achieve production goals
- Maintain quality standards
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site
- Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties
- Lead production and provide customer support when necessary
- Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis
