Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
- 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a union environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Experience in chemical operations, extrusion, coating, or converting (preferred)
- Experience in union environments (preferred)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (preferred)
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations (preferred)

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $84,595 - $103,394, including base pay and variable incentive pay, if eligible. Specific compensation varies based on factors including relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
Schedule
The position may require flexibility to work any shift as business needs require.
Location
The position is located on-site in Springfield, MO.
Travel
May include up to 10% domestic travel.
