Production Supervisor

About the Role

The Production Supervisor will assist in overseeing all press room operations on a day-to-day basis and report to the General Manager. This position is 50% hands-on in the shop, requiring mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with, interact with, and manage press room operators
• Train press room operators to be self-proficient
• Troubleshoot tool and press problems
• Maintain records of all press room jobs completed

Requirements

• 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Complex problem-solving ability
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills

Pay

$50,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
