Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead production and maintenance teams to achieve operational, safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Supervise, develop, coach, and discipline up to 30 technical personnel.
• Ensure compliance to plant policies & procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning (1-year view).
• Participate in continual improvement projects.
• Manage workforce utilization and maintenance activities.
• Serve as the site leader during off-shift or management absence.
• Act as a key liaison between operations and support functions.
• Drive continuous improvement, support strategic planning, manage workforce utilization and maintenance activities, and serve as the site leader during off-shift or management absence.
• Promote lean manufacturing practices, employee development, and a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Manufacturing experience working in high volume production required.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrate success in teamwork environment as a team leader or facilitator in achieving goals and objectives.
• Strong coaching ability required.
• Must have proficient computer skills (word, excel, Power Point).
• Knowledge of MRP/ Kan Ban/Constraint Management.
• Experience with SAP helpful.
• Self-motivated and hands-on.
• Strong knowledge of EHS requirements and standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Textile manufacturing and IATF16949, ISO 14001; ISO45001 experience preferred.
• Strong oral / written communication skills required.
• Project management experience helpful.
