Production Supervisor- 3rd shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Manage and motivate team members to achieve production targets and quality goals.
• Resolve production issues promptly and maintain high-quality output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
