Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards in production.
• Provide employee training to ensure effective job performance.
• Assist with sanitation operations to promote a clean and food-safe environment.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and communicate for work performance improvement.
• Support plant and company safety programs, promoting adherence to safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years or more supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and GMPs.
• Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety.
• Ability to work weekends and shift work.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stand and walk.
• Occasionally required to sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Exposure to a noisy environment that varies in temperature.

Pay Range

$64,000 - $95,000 annually, based on location, relevant experience/level, and skillset.
