What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervisory oversight of the facility regarding dairy product receiving, fluid product processing, condensing and drying operations, and butter operations.
  • Oversight of Warehouse operations.
  • Handling regulatory, quality, personnel, sanitation, safety, and production adjustment decisions.
  • Leading and supervising production team members.
  • Initiating/supporting/participating in continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members and providing guidance to trainees and coworkers.
  • Performing all duties with safety and quality as priorities.
  • Participation in additional hours over 40 and weekend/holiday rotations.

What We Are Seeking

  • Bachelor's Degree and Manufacturing Experience in Dairy Manufacturing.
  • Three to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range for this position is $65,000-$80,000, this range is an expected starting range but may Be Negotiable For Candidates Who Demonstrate Additional Qualifications and experience.
