The position is 2nd Shift~ Monday - Friday, 2PM CST - 10PM CST, with some Weekends.
What You Will Do
- Manage and supervise Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st Shift
- Supervise approximately 12 - 15 hourly Associates
- Manage absenteeism
- Enforce safety rules
- Analyze environmental risks
- Ensure performance of Associates
- Manage daily production goals to ensure they are met
What You Should Have
- A Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
- 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
- Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications
