Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

What You Will Do

• Manage and supervise Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st Shift
• Supervise approximately 12 - 15 hourly Associates
• On a daily basis, manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates
• Manage daily production goals to ensure the production goals are met

What You Should Have

• Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
• Have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
• Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications
