Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies
• Drive world-class safety performance, report incidents, and set team safety goals
• Lead and develop a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition
• Oversee training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitor and control operational costs in line with budget goals
• Lead quality programs and ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods
• Hold weekly team meetings and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience
• Strong active listening, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficient in business math (basic algebra, rate, ratio calculations)
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse management software

Pay

• Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
• Annual Performance Bonus: Target of 10% of base salary
• Quarterly Incentive Program: Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance
