About the role
Join Ferrellgas as a Propane Services Representative. This position involves managing customer relationships, providing service options, and ensuring timely propane deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and service requests
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries regarding propane usage and delivery schedules
- Ensure prompt and efficient service to customers
- Handle billing and payment processing
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of propane systems and safety practices
- Proficiency in using CRM software
