Floor Leadership
Maintain a strong, visible presence on the production floor. Identify issues early and act immediately to prevent disruption.
Problem Solving
Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions. Eliminate recurring issues instead of managing symptoms.
Accountability
Hold team members accountable for performance, attendance, and quality. Coach, train, and take corrective action when standards are not met.
Cross-Functional Execution
Drive urgency and follow-through from Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Materials. Escalate and resolve issues that impact production without delay.
Material Flow and Inventory Control
Own material flow and inventory accuracy with no production loss due to system or inventory errors. Ensure accurate, real-time material transactions including receipts, moves, issues, and completions. Maintain alignment between physical inventory and ERP system records. Prevent disruptions caused by shortages, mis-picks, or inaccurate inventory.
Continuous Improvement
Implement measurable improvements to cost, quality, and throughput. Execute lean manufacturing principles to improve flow and eliminate waste.
Workforce Development
Build and maintain a cross-trained team with no single points of failure. Facilitate training, coaching, and performance development.
Standards and Discipline
Enforce high expectations for housekeeping, organization, and discipline. Maintain a clean, controlled, and efficient work environment.
Salary Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $75,747 - $91,066 annually.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
- Lean manufacturing experience including Kaizen, standard work, and waste elimination
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Experience with production metrics such as efficiency, throughput, and scrap
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or similar ERP systems
