Bodycote · Rutland, VT · 1 mo ago
On-site$32.68–$44.63/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Pay, Benefits, About the role? Actually we need to follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Pay range: $32.68 - $44.63. Rate will be based on skills and experience. - Benefits: 401k Match, Medical, Dental and Vision Plans for Employees and Families - About the role: "Our people are the heart of our business. As the world’s largest provider of thermal processing services, Bodycote employs thousands of highly skilled staff around the globe, some of the best engineers, scientists, and technicians in the industry. Come join our team! Due to the nature of our business and a heavy industrial market, Bodycote deems this position to be safety-sensitive." - Position Summary: Based in North Clarendon, VT the Production Supervisor will perform essential job functions associated with surface technology under the direction of the Production Manager to meet customer specifications including assisting other employees as needed. - Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities): list of duties. - Qualifications: Education – High school diploma or equivalent. Must demonstrate ability to read, write and communicate English. Knowledge and hands on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases required. Minimum two years of leadership experience in a similar industry. Must be able to effectively oversee employees and/or other employees as designated using leadership qualities such as ability to listen, be observant, patient, objective and responsive. May be required to work overtime or any shift, including weekends, to meet company commitment/goals. Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification. - Physical & Mental Demands: list. - Additional statements: ITAR compliance: must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder. - Also statements about not a contract etc. - Also description of services. We need to decide sections: Pay, Benefits, About the role (maybe "About the role" or "Position Summary"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have sections: Pay, Benefits, About the role (or Position Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications). We need to avoid thin sections; combine where appropriate. We have Pay info: specific range. Benefits: specific list. About the role: we have description of company and safety-sensitive note. Responsibilities: we have essential job functions list. Qualifications: we have education, experience, skills, certifications, physical demands, ITAR, etc. We could also have a "Requirements" section but we can merge into Qualifications. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, legal disclaimers, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the specifics: pay range, benefits list, location North Clarendon, VT, role Production Supervisor, reports to Production Manager, essential duties list (we must keep each bullet). Qualifications list: high school diploma, English communication, MS Office/database experience, 2 years leadership experience, leadership qualities, overtime/shift work, forklift certification. Physical demands: stand extended periods, manual dexterity, bend/pull/stoop/reach, lift up to 35 lbs, exposure to heat/fumes/noise/humidity, cognitive capacity, effective oral/written communication, visual acuity, hearing. ITAR compliance: US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Also mention: "May have access to compensation information of other employees or applicants in this role and, as such, cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to other individuals." That's substantive; should we keep? It's about confidentiality of pay info. It's not boilerplate; it's a specific condition. Should we include? Probably yes, as it's substantive. Where to place? Could be under Responsibilities or Qualifications? It's about access to compensation info; maybe under Responsibilities (as a duty) or under Qualifications (as a requirement). It's a condition; maybe under Responsibilities as a duty: "May have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants in this role and, as such, cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to other individuals." We'll keep it as a bullet under Responsibilities. Also: "This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customers' inventory and will perform duties in a safe and responsible manner to prevent customer loss or damage." That's also a duty. Also: "Assist in the hiring process and new associate orientation" etc. We need to format lists with

    • . We need to avoid headings with filler. So we will include sections: Pay, Benefits, About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications. We need to ensure we don't create Schedule section (no schedule info besides mention of overtime/shift work; but schedule not explicitly given; we should not create Schedule heading because no specific schedule info). So we omit Schedule. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

      But we have nested
        inside
which is not valid HTML; we should avoid nesting
directly; better to keep Physical & Mental Demands as a
          • with a nested
              inside? Actually HTML allows a
            • containing a
. That's fine. So we can have:
              • Physical & Mental Demands:
                  ...
              • That is okay. We also need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate: EEO statements, "The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature..." etc. Also "Furthermore, the job description does not constitute a written or implied contract..." etc. Also "Our services are a vital part..." etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove. We kept the ITAR compliance statement (must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident). That's substantive. We kept the statement about access to compensation info. We kept the statement about care and treatment of customers inventory. We kept the statement about safety-sensitive. We kept the location. We kept the benefits. We kept the pay. We kept the responsibilities list. We kept qualifications list. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info like "Due to the nature of our business and a heavy industrial market, Bodycote deems this position to be safety-sensitive." Already in About the role. Also "Our people are the heart of our business..." etc. Also "Come join our team!" is maybe fluff but it's substantive? It's a call to action; we can keep. Now ensure we didn't include any duplicated lines. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and levels of the work performed by employees, but are not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel so classified." That's boilerplate; we
