About the role

The Production Supervisor will oversee production operations to ensure efficient and quality-driven processes. This includes managing teams, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet production goals and timelines.
• Manage and train production team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain and operate production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production output and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma preferred.
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
