About the role

Rheo Rheo Engineering is a team of engineers, craftsmen, and professionals building powder handling systems for pharmaceutical manufacturers. The Production Supervisor oversees the second shift assembly team in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment, ensuring production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and team members follow proper procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, direct day-to-day direction to your shift team — no ambiguity, no gaps
  • Enforce ISO 7 cleanroom protocols, PPE requirements, and contamination control procedures without exception
  • Ensure assembly processes are correctly followed and quality standards are consistently met across every unit built
  • Oversee the training of new team members on production tasks, processes, and cleanroom standards — and make sure the training sticks
  • Partner with the Production Manager to align your shift's output with broader production goals and schedules
  • Participate in hiring decisions and provide input on team member development and advancement
  • Recommend corrective action where necessary, and enforce it where authorized, consistent with company policy
  • Step in alongside your team on assembly tasks when the floor needs it
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Rheo Flexibles production processes — advise on SOPs and support quality testing

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment (ISO 7 or equivalent)
  • Prior experience making pharmaceutical equipment
  • Familiarity with heat sealing, vacuum forming, or CNC equipment
  • Experience enforcing quality control processes
