Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Quanex is looking for a Production Supervisor - 1st Shift to join our team located in Owatonna, Minnesota. The standard schedule is Monday – Thursday, 5am - 3:30pm with overtime as needed. In this role you are responsible for managing direct reports, mentoring, discipline, performance monitoring/appraisals, embrace and influence your team around continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Safety. What You Bring Bachelor degree preferred.5 -7 years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Competent in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems. The annual base salary range for this position is $66K to $80K with bonus potential.
