Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safe work practices
• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Oversee employee performance including but not limited to coaching, feedback, performance reviews, disciplinary actions
• Address employee questions, concerns, and conflicts promptly and professionally
• Arrange and manage staff to meet production schedules and demands, ensuring adequate coverage
• Lead and mentor employees in your assigned functional area(s)
• Effectively utilize labor and other resources to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and review department paperwork
• Conduct inspections of equipment and procedures
• Identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and support team members in adopting new practices
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

Education and Experience

• An Associate Degree in a related field with 5 years of experience or a Bachelor Degree in a related field with 2 years of experience is preferred
