Production Supervisor (1st shift)

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify associate and food safety concerns and initiate internal CAPA.
• Coach and mentor dept. leads to become supervisors.
• Accident and incident reporting investigation.
• Create external CAPA for quality issues.
• Create weekly staffing requirements based on planning schedule.
• Communicate any updates to dept. leads on a daily basis.
• Identify Continuous Improvement Policies and Procedures adherence.
• Associate Accountability.
• R&D new product development.
• QA.
• Provide proper documentation and validate employee work documents.
• New hire development.
• Closing Batch Orders and investigating any pending issues.
• Shift Change: Provide support to other departments to achieve GNC priorities.
