This position is based in Beverly, MA and is on-site.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all products manufactured to meet or exceed all quality specifications per process order, quality inspections, and all other required documents provided.
- Supervise employees across three (3) shifts.
- Supervise various manufacturing and measurement equipment in a safe and orderly manner and notify the Operations Manager when operating problems occur or standards cannot be met.
- Notify the facilities department when equipment requires maintenance or repair.
- Develop and train all manufacturing floor staff, ensuring standard work and practice are being followed.
- Create and maintain daily production schedules to meet or exceed all due dates assigned while maintaining or improving efficiencies.
- Determine training targets, update, and maintain the versatility matrix.
- Assist engineering or manufacturing technicians with validation of processes, product, and tooling.
- Complete and participate in 5S audits and 5S maintenance as well as scrap reduction projects.
- Joint authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions.
- Support manufacturing operations and employees across all three shifts, requiring flexibility in work hours, including occasional early morning, evening, or off-shift coverage.
Requirements
- Must have 4 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a lead or supervisor.
- Knowledge of software including Word and Excel.
- Preferred knowledge of SAP.
- Understanding of manufacturing work environment and quality standards.
- Must be able to clearly read, write, and understand the English language.
- Bilingual preferred.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
