Production Supervisor (1st shift )

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure machines run efficiently.
• Train operators to meet expectations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts with Engineering.
• Complete DT, KPI, and system reporting.
• Execute special projects and Sales Order readiness.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment and machinery, and an understanding of manufacturing processes, GMP, and SOP is essential (3+ years).

Hiring Requirements

• Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift (8-10+ hours).
