About the role

Our client is a large, well-established food manufacturing operation seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee second-shift production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees while promoting a strong safety culture
• Monitor production yields, efficiencies, and operational performance to meet production goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring employees
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities
• SAP experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require

Pay

Up to $75K base + $10k potential bonus + merit increase + premium pay for weekend work
