The Production Supervisor 1st Shift oversees daily operations in a manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and production targets.
- Manage team members to achieve production goals and maintain safety protocols.
- Resolve issues and provide guidance to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations.
