As a Production Supervisor – 12 Hour Weekend Shift Days at our Memphis, TN facility, you will lead the large team to ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will provide strong people leadership, technical direction, and operational oversight while driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly influence production performance, team engagement, and operational excellence.
What Will You Do?
Led recruitment and retention efforts by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring technical assemblers. Partnered with recruiters to clearly communicate candidate criteria. Coached team members on effective interviewing and hiring practices. Monitored turnover, identified root causes, and implemented retention improvements.
Developed and maintained training curriculum within the area of responsibility. Coached and mentored Machine Support staff to deliver operational excellence. Developed and managed succession plans for the Machine Support and Machine Shop functions.
Established clear, measurable performance goals and objectives aligned to operational metrics, timelines, training, attendance, and development goals. Gathered feedback from Workcell Managers, Business Unit Managers, peers, and team members to support development discussions. Provided continuous coaching, counseling, and recognition to team members. Conducted timely and professional performance evaluations.
