About the role

Our client is a growing food manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence, product quality, employee development, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second‑shift manufacturing operations at their facility in Humble, TX.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production and packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Monitor workflow, process performance, staffing, and equipment utilization to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combinations of education and manufacturing leadership experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or related manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience developing teams, managing performance, and driving employee engagement.
• Bilingual Spanish is a must.

Pay

$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 USD annually
